Pre-Order Terms and Conditions Agreement

You, (“Customer”) agree to these terms and conditions in securing your pre-order for a BEZcar with BEZcar, Inc. By

agreeing to these terms, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are reserving a BEZcar on behalf of

a company, organization, or entity, you assert that you have the authority to legally bind the entity to these Terms,

and the entity agrees to abide by them.

Product Description: The Customer agrees to the pre-order of a BEZcar without specifying the customizations and

accessories. As the production date for your BEZcar approaches, you will be notified by a BEZcar, Inc.

representative to request your selection of options available at the time of purchase. A BEZcar, Inc. representative

will prepare an Order Agreement indicating the estimated price of your BEZcar taking into account the base price

and any available options that you selected. Once the order is signed and the initial payment is made, production

of your BEZcar will commence. Additional payment installments may be required between the deposit and the

final payment. The final payment of the purchase price along with any applicable taxes, title, registration fees,

other fees, and delivery charges will be due before the BEZcar is delivered and in compliance with the terms and

conditions outlined in the Order Agreement.

Pre-Order Payment and Cancellation Policy: The Customer shall pay a pre-order fee of [$200.00] at the time of

placing the pre-order of your BEZcar. The pre-order fee is fully refundable should you decide to discontinue your

pre-order of a BEZcar. We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order at our discretion if we are unable to fulfill the

production of your BEZcar. In such cases, we will refund your Reservation Payment which may take up to 3 weeks

or longer to process, depending on your method of payment.

Delivery Date: BEZcar, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to meet an estimated delivery date but does not

guarantee a specific date of delivery as there are many factors having an effect on timing.

Product Changes: BEZcar, Inc. reserves the right to make minor modifications to BEZcar specifications and design

before delivery, provided that these changes do not materially affect performance.

Changes and Modifications: BEZcar, Inc. reserves the right to make changes at any time to the Terms and

Conditions then in effect. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publishing to our website or direct

communication to you. Your continued participation in the reservation program following any changes indicates

your acceptance of the new terms.

Communications: We may contact you from time to time to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and keep you

informed. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receiving such notices. It is your responsibility to inform us

of any changes in your contact information so that we may keep you updated on your BEZcar pre-order and

purchase.

Limitation of Liability: BEZcar, Inc., its affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, members, shareholders,

agents, or representatives shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or

enhanced damages resulting from any breach of this agreement. This limitation applies regardless of whether such

damages were foreseeable, whether the defendant was advised of their possibility, and the legal or equitable

theory underlying the claim. BEZcar, Inc.’s total liability under this agreement, whether arising from breach of

contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amounts paid to BEZcar, Inc. pursuant

to this agreement.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of

Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
